A personalized energetic experience designed to bring you back into alignment with your highest frequency. In this 1:1 session whether in person or remote/ via Zoom (energy knows no distance), we’ll tune into your energy field to identify what’s out of balance, whether it’s emotional blocks, energetic heaviness, or limiting beliefs keeping you from feeling good and flowing with ease. Using a blend of intuitive energy work, mindset recalibration, and embodiment techniques, I’ll guide you through a process of realignment that helps you release resistance and return to your natural state of radiance. This is more than healing,it’s frequency refinement.You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and reconnected to your power, ready to move through life with confidence, peace, and magnetic energy. Session Includes: Energetic assessment Frequency clearing, alignment & recalibration Personalized energetic homework to maintain your flow Each session is tailored to where you are and where your energy is ready to go next. PLEASE NOTE: *Additional time in sessions will be $30 per 15 minutes. Appt will be accepted/denied. If denied, you are not energetically aligned to work with Shaina (new/old clients).
